Weddings & Event Planners print FAQ
What's the best paper stock for save-the-date postcards?
14PT C2S with full bleed photo is the wedding industry default — substantial feel, vivid photo reproduction. For higher-end weddings, 16PT C2S or 32PT Painted Edge (especially in soft pastels like champagne or blush) reads as luxury.
Can I print wedding programs that look elegant without being expensive?
Saddle-stitched booklets on matte uncoated 100lb cover or 80lb cover stock are the most ordered for wedding programs. 8-12 pages, 5.5x8.5 or 6x9 trim size, $1.50-2.50 per program at 100-150 copies. Looks bespoke, costs a fraction of letterpress.
Do you print on heavy luxury stocks like cotton or letterpress paper?
We do not currently offer true cotton or letterpress — those require specialty single-source printers. For luxury feel on a wholesale budget, 32PT Painted Edge or 32PT Suede laminate gets you 80% of the perceived premium at 30% of the cost.
How early should I order wedding print materials?
For save-the-dates: 6-8 months before the wedding. Invitations: 3-4 months. Day-of materials (programs, signage, escort cards): 4-6 weeks before. Standard production is 4-6 business days + 2-5 days shipping; rush is available but adds 40-150% cost.
Can I bundle a set of wedding materials (save-the-dates, invitations, programs) in one order?
Yes — each is its own product but you can place them all in the same cart for one consolidated shipment. The proof viewer lets you approve each design before paying.
