NURO Applications LLC ("NURO Print," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at nuroprint.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, business name (when you create an account or place an order).
  • Order information: shipping address, billing address, product configuration, and the artwork files you upload.
  • Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications: messages you send us via email, contact form, or live chat.

1.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device information (browser type, OS, screen size).
  • Usage data (pages visited, time on site, referrer).
  • IP address and approximate location.
  • Cookies and similar technologies for session, cart persistence, and basic analytics.

2. How We Use Information

  • Process and fulfill orders, including transmitting orders and artwork to our production partner (4over) for printing and shipping.
  • Authenticate accounts and prevent fraud.
  • Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer service replies.
  • Improve the Service via aggregated analytics.
  • Send marketing emails only if you opt in. You may unsubscribe at any time.

3. Third Parties We Share Data With

  • 4over (production and fulfillment): receives the artwork file, product configuration, and ship-to address required to print and deliver your order.
  • Stripe (payment processing): receives the data required to charge your card.
  • Email and shipping carriers: for transactional notifications and delivery.
  • Hosting and analytics: Vercel (hosting), Firebase (auth and storage).

We do not sell personal information.

4. Artwork Files

Artwork files you upload are stored in our secure storage system and transmitted to our production partner solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We retain artwork files for 90 days after order completion to support reorders and warranty claims, after which they are deleted unless you save them to your account.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and order records for as long as your account is active, plus the period required by tax and accounting law (generally 7 years for invoices in the United States). You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing info@nuroprint.com.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (California, EU, UK, and others), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements).
  • Opt out of marketing communications.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit, secure storage of artwork files, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.

10. What we do not do

We have explicitly chosen not to:

  • Sell personal information. Ever.
  • Use third-party advertising tracking pixels (no Facebook Pixel, no Google Ads remarketing).
  • Use session-replay analytics (no FullStory, no Hotjar). We do not record your screen or keystrokes.
  • Share your artwork files with any party other than our production partner. Files are never used as marketing materials or stock examples.

11. California Privacy Rights

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share), and the right to non-discrimination.
