Marketing print remains one of the highest-ROI distribution channels for local and small businesses — when the math works. A 5,000-piece EDDM postcard campaign costs less than $2,000 all-in and reaches every household in a target ZIP code. Direct mail with a targeted list pushes conversion higher at a higher cost-per-piece. Flyers, brochures, and sell sheets fill the in-person and event-marketing layer.
We carry the full marketing print toolkit at wholesale-direct prices: standard 4x6 flyers, 6x9 EDDM-eligible postcards, half-fold and tri-fold brochures, sell sheets, saddle-stitched booklets, full-service direct mail with USPS induction, and specialty folds (z-fold, gate fold, accordion). Every product has live pricing visible without an account.
For new business launches, EDDM is usually the highest-ROI move. For repeat-customer marketing, targeted Direct Mail with personalization. For event marketing, flyers and brochures. Use our Direct Mail ROI Calculator to compare scenarios before committing to a print run.

Buying guide
What to know before you order.
EDDM vs Direct Mail vs Print Only
EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail) blankets a USPS carrier route with no demographic targeting — cheapest postage ($0.21/piece, 2026 rate), no mailing list required. Direct Mail uses a purchased list for demographic targeting (homeowners over 50, businesses with 10+ employees, recent movers) at higher per-piece cost. Print-only means we print the pieces and ship them to you for self-distribution at events, retail, or hand delivery. Each has its place — EDDM for new business launches, Direct Mail for high-LTV verticals, Print-Only for everything else.
Which size flyer or postcard works best?
4x6 is the workhorse — cheapest per-piece, fits in a back pocket, USPS first-class rate. 5.5x8.5 (half-page) is the upgrade for higher-end campaigns. 6.5x9 is EDDM-eligible (must exceed 6.125" on one side). 8.5x11 (letter) is for sell sheets and detailed brochures. Postcards larger than 6.5x9 cost more in postage and printing without proportional response-rate gains; stay under 6.5x9 unless you need the extra space.
Standard vs rush turnaround
Standard 4-6 business days production is the default and cheapest option. Rush production: next-business-day adds 75-150%, 2-day adds 40-75%, 3-day adds 20-40%. Plan campaigns 3-4 weeks in advance to avoid rush charges. EDDM full-service adds USPS induction time (2-3 days) plus standard mail in-home delivery (5-7 business days from induction).
What goes on the design
For postcards and flyers: one clear offer, one phone number, one URL. Don't cram. The strongest direct mail pieces have a specific offer (e.g., "first cleaning $99" or "20% off your first order") with a time-bounded deadline. Generic "stop by for great service" copy doesn't convert. Track each campaign with a unique offer code or phone number to measure ROI per mailing.
Marketing Products FAQ
How much do 1,000 flyers cost?
Standard 4x6 flyers on 100lb gloss text, full color both sides, standard turnaround: $98 wholesale-direct. Vistaprint retail: $189 for the same spec. Premium stocks (14PT C2S, 100lb gloss cover) cost more — $138 for 1,000 4x6 on 100lb cover, $165 on 14PT.
Can you mail my postcards for me?
Yes — our EDDM Full-Service and Direct Mail products handle USPS bundling and induction. You provide artwork + select carrier routes (for EDDM) or upload a mailing list (for Direct Mail). We print, prep, and induct at USPS. Typical EDDM all-in cost is $0.32-0.55 per piece depending on size and quantity.
What sizes qualify for EDDM?
Your piece must be larger than 6.125" x 11.5" OR exceed one of those dimensions, smaller than 12" x 15", and under 3.3 oz. Common qualifying sizes: 6.5"x9", 6.25"x11", 8.5"x11", 9"x12", 11"x14". 4x6 postcards do NOT qualify for EDDM and ship as first-class instead.
Do you do variable data printing on direct mail?
Yes — for personalization (Dear [first name], your appointment is [date], etc.). Upload a CSV with your mailing list and we merge it into your design template at print time. Common use case: dental practice appointment reminder postcards with patient name and appointment date pre-printed.
What's the difference between half-fold and tri-fold brochures?
Half-fold: single fold, 4 panels of content. Best for menus, programs, and bi-fold sales letters. Tri-fold: two folds, 6 panels. Best for service menus, sales brochures, and informational pamphlets where 6 sections of content fit cleanly. Tri-fold is the most-ordered brochure format in commercial print.
How long do EDDM campaigns take from order to in-home delivery?
Standard production 4-6 business days + USPS induction 2-3 days + USPS standard mail delivery 5-7 business days = roughly 11-16 business days total order-to-in-home. Plan campaigns at least 4 weeks before your target delivery date.
