NURO Applications LLC is committed to making nuroprint.com accessible to everyone, including users with disabilities. We aim to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at the AA level.

1. Conformance status

We design and build the Service to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We audit accessibility on every major release and address issues that are reported to us.

2. Accessibility features

Semantic HTML with proper heading structure and landmark regions.
Keyboard-navigable: every interactive element is reachable and operable via Tab and Enter.
Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements.
Alt text on all product photography.
Form labels and ARIA attributes on all controls.
Color contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
Responsive layouts that work at 400% zoom and on mobile.
No auto-playing audio or video.

3. Known limitations

The PDF preflight preview is a rendered image; screen-reader users should rely on the text-based warnings we display alongside it.
Some specialty product photographs are decorative and may not include detailed alt text.

4. Feedback and assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need an alternate way to complete an order, email info@nuroprint.com. We will respond within 2 business days and work with you to provide an accessible alternative.

5. Formal complaints

We aim to resolve all accessibility concerns informally. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice ADA Information Line at 1-800-514-0301 (voice) or 1-833-610-1264 (TTY).

The Service is tested against:

NVDA and JAWS on Windows
VoiceOver on macOS and iOS
