Shipping Policy

Orders are printed and shipped through our production partner, 4over, with facilities across the United States. Every order ships blind: the package and packing slip carry no NURO Print or 4over branding, so your customer never sees us.

1. Production vs Shipping Time

The turnaround you select at checkout (e.g. "Next Business Day," "4 Business Days") refers to production time only. Add shipping transit on top.

  • Production starts when artwork is approved and payment clears.
  • Cutoff for same-day production start is typically 11:00 AM Pacific Time on business days.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

2. Shipping Methods

Shipping options are presented at checkout. Available methods depend on the production facility, product weight, and ship-to address. Typical options:

  • UPS Ground (1-5 business days within the continental U.S.)
  • UPS 3 Day Select
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS Next Day Air
  • FedEx Ground / Express (selected products)
  • USPS (for EDDM and Direct Mail products)
  • Freight / LTL (for large-format and high-quantity orders)

3. Drop-Shipping (Blind Ship)

You may enter any U.S. shipping address as the ship-to. The return address on the label and packing slip is generic and does not reveal NURO Print or 4over. This is included at no extra cost on every order.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to addresses in the 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories. International shipping is not yet supported.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email at the address on the order. Tracking is also visible in your account dashboard.

6. Direct Mail (EDDM, Standard Mail, First Class)

For Direct Mail products, "shipping" means USPS induction. Once we induct your mailpieces at the local post office, USPS in-home delivery typically takes:

  • EDDM: 5-10 business days
  • Standard Class: 7-14 business days
  • First Class: 3-5 business days

USPS in-home dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within 14 business days of the expected delivery date, contact us at info@nuroprint.com with photos and your order number. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a reprint or refund per our Refund Policy.

8. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Each order ships to a single address. To split a single print run across multiple addresses, contact us at info@nuroprint.com for a custom quote.

9. Customs and Duties

Not applicable. We ship within the United States only.
