Refund Policy

Print products are custom-made to your artwork and configuration. Unlike off-the-shelf goods, they cannot be returned for resale. This policy explains when we issue refunds or reprints.

1. Defective or Misprinted Orders

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect that materially affects its usability (e.g. severe color shift, cutting outside tolerance, missing pages on a booklet, smudging, paper damage from production), we will:

  • Reprint the order at no charge, with the same or expedited shipping, or
  • Refund the order in full to the original payment method, at your choice.

Defect claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery and must include clear photos of the issue and your order number. Send to info@nuroprint.com.

2. Shipping Damage

If the carrier damages your order in transit, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will file a carrier claim and arrange a reprint or refund.

3. Late Delivery

Production turnarounds (e.g. "Next Business Day") are our commitment for printing. We are not liable for carrier delays once the order leaves our facility. If we miss our production commitment due to our error, we will refund the difference between the rush turnaround you paid for and the standard turnaround.

4. Customer Artwork Errors

We print exactly what you upload. We are not responsible for errors in artwork that we printed as supplied, including but not limited to:

  • Typos, spelling, or grammar errors.
  • Missing or incorrect contact information.
  • Low-resolution images (although we will flag low-resolution warnings during preflight).
  • Files that are missing bleed, leading to white edges after cutting.
  • Files in incorrect color space (RGB) that print darker or shift in color.
  • Designs cut off by trim because critical content was placed too close to the edge.

We strongly recommend you review the preflight warnings shown on the upload screen and order a hard-copy proof for color-critical work.

5. Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order for a full refund before production starts. Email info@nuroprint.com immediately.
  • Once production begins, cancellation is generally not possible. We will attempt to halt production where feasible and refund the unworked portion of the order.

6. Cosmetic Variation

Small variations are inherent to commercial printing and are not considered defects. These include:

  • Slight color shift between print runs (typically within delta-E 5 of a previous run).
  • Cutting tolerance up to 0.0625" (1/16").
  • Quantity tolerance up to plus or minus 5% on long runs.
  • Minor variation in finish (matte, gloss, suede) between orders.

7. How to Request a Refund or Reprint

Email info@nuroprint.com with:

  • Order number.
  • Clear photos of the issue (at least 3, including a close-up).
  • Description of the defect.
  • Whether you want a reprint or a refund.

We respond to all claims within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
