Pricing FAQ
How is NURO Print's pricing different from Vistaprint, Moo, or GotPrint?
Most online printers are retailers that mark up wholesale cost 4-6 times to cover TV ads, affiliate commissions, showrooms, and call centers. NURO Print is wholesale-direct: we add a thin 40-65% markup (depending on category) over the trade-printer cost and pass the rest through. The cards come off the same presses; we just remove the retail middleman.
Do I need to be a business or have an account to get wholesale pricing?
No. The wholesale-direct rate is the default rate for every customer. There is no reseller program, no minimum volume to access trade pricing, no account creation required to see your price. Configure any product on our site for an instant quote.
Why are some sections marked up more than others?
Specialty and premium categories (boxes, packaging, raised foil) carry slightly more markup because they involve more finishing complexity and lower-volume production. Commodity products (business cards, postcards, flyers, direct mail) run leaner to stay competitive on every-day reorders. The highest markup on the site is 65%; the lowest is 40%.
Are there hidden fees, setup charges, or rush surcharges?
No setup fees on standard products. No design fees if you upload your own art. Rush turnarounds are clearly labeled with the upcharge before you check out (typically +75-150% for next-business-day, +40-75% for 2-day, +20-40% for 3-day). Shipping is calculated at checkout based on actual UPS/FedEx ground rates from our fulfillment plant to your ZIP code.
How do volume discounts work?
Quantity discounts are baked into every product's pricing tier — order more, pay less per unit, no coupon needed. On top of that, our loyalty program reduces your final cart total based on lifetime spend: Silver tier (3% off after $500 lifetime), Gold (5% after $2,000), Platinum (8% after $10,000). Discounts apply automatically at checkout.
Will my price change if 4over raises their rates?
Wholesale rates are passed through proportionally. If our cost goes up 5%, our retail goes up roughly 5%. We don't use rate changes as an excuse to widen margins. Pricing on our site reflects current trade rates and is updated quarterly.
Do you price-match competitors?
We don't formally match Vistaprint or Moo promo codes (their deepest discounts are loss-leader pricing). On any genuine published rate from a comparable wholesale-direct printer (GotPrint, UPrinting, etc.), if you find a lower price on identical specs, email info@nuroprint.com with the screenshot — we'll match it for that order.
