DMCA & Copyright Policy
Last updated: May 13, 2026
NURO Applications LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. This policy describes how we respond to claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Customer artwork warranty
By uploading artwork to nuroprint.com, you warrant that you own or are licensed to use all rights in the artwork, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, and any other third-party rights. See our Terms of Service for the full warranty.
2. Filing a DMCA notice
If you believe content printed or distributed via the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice (a "DMCA notice") to our designated copyright agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material, with enough detail for us to locate it (order number, customer name, or product description).
- Your contact information (mailing address, telephone number, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
3. Designated copyright agent
Send DMCA notices to:
Designated Copyright Agent
NURO Applications LLC
Email: legal@nuroprint.com
Subject line: "DMCA Notice"
4. Counter-notice
If you believe content of yours was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location on the Service.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in the district where you reside (or the Southern District of Florida if you reside outside the U.S.).
5. Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright after receiving DMCA notices, in accordance with 17 U.S.C. 512(i).
6. Refusal to print
We reserve the right to refuse to print any artwork we reasonably believe infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights, or that violates our Terms of Service. If we refuse to print, we issue a full refund.
7. Trademark complaints
For complaints about trademark infringement, use the same procedure above and address it to the Designated Copyright Agent at legal@nuroprint.com with the subject line "Trademark Complaint."
